Once your auction has completed simply send us fifty (50) percent of the auction’s selling price for each of the three items.

This program is on an “on your honor” basis. There is no cost to your organization! Please be up front and honest.

There are only a few stipulations that apply:

1. Your organization is responsible for a flat rate shipping and insurance expense that totals $65.
2. Items must be ordered 10 days before your auction to insure timely delivery.
3. 50% of the income from the auctioned items is to be sent to Riverwood Gallery.
4. Copies of your auction bill must accompany your check to Riverwood Gallery.
5. Payment must be received within 15 days of the auction completion.
6. Riverwood Gallery reserves the right to refuse any application.
